Osvaldo wins at TKO's Champions League: Showdown in Waterloo

A big congrats to Oswaldo on his unanimous decision win! He stuck to the game plan and came out on top against a technical opponent. Big shout outs to the Ymteam for coming out in force to support him.

How deep you hit pads, how aware you are holding pads, how intensely you skip rope, how mindful you are of everything happening in the moment...

There is always beyond.

Elbow Month off to a Strong Start

We closed out swing kick month strong. Now working on a completely different range...Elbows!  Distance is one of the many layers of using Muay Thai successfully. Choosing the right weapon for the right range is key. We will be exploring some aspects of this in depth this month.
