"SQUAT CHALLENGE YMT:
I hope this isn't cheating but last Thursday fellow female Kru Mina Reyes and I began a simple squat challenge which increases by 5-7 squats per day.
Some students have been requesting more competitive challenges in classes etc so here is the first one. Kru and I started at 50 but tomorrow we are up to 70 squats.
So here it is: If you want to jump in with us we are on day 5. Post your feelings. I hope to have a diff challenge each month and maybe we can do them in class too?"
