Tip/Quote of the Day:

Stretching is often neglected by many athletes. This can lead to injuries, difficulty with technique and ultimately a lot of discomfort (most especially for a fighter who needs to train 5-6 days a week).
Take some time after training before you go home to stretch out, even if you don't think you need it. Your body will be thankful the next day.
