Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! To everyone who came out to our Holiday Party tonight. It was VERY special having you all there. Thank you Poo Choi Cam for the video and awesome speech. Poo Choi David and Poo Choi Patrick for your speeches and help with everything.

Young Thailand restaurant was AMAZING. So accommodating and such amazing food and to Beatdown Sports for donating some gear to giveaway for the raffle.

Over the years I have struggled and had my doubts about running my own Muay Thai school but nights like tonight TRULY remind me why I choose this each day. Thank you YMT, for continually pushing me and for always reminding what it means to do something you love for people you love.

Thank you Ajahn Suchart and Kru Clifton Brown for leading me in the right direction every day of my life.

Life in every breath indeed.

Buakaw vs Enriko Khel (video)

Technique, power, speed....and timing. Buakaw has a fairly complete package when it comes to Muay Thai. It's even better when he has an opponent like Enriko Khel who is more than happy to take the action to him.

This is definitely one of the most entertaining of the White Lotus' fights in recent memory. All 8 weapons are on display for this one.
