The Challenger Muay Thai or The Contender Asia Part 2?
This has been on the web for a while now but I managed to miss it.
"The Producers of Contender Asia in conjunction with Selangkor Tourism are all set to bring the world another muaythai reality TV show, fully sanctioned by the WMC. "
This event/show is set to take place in Malaysia just like the Contender Asia Season 2 was.
Just like TCA, Stephan Fox is listed as the host.
Clifton Brown and Kerry "Nugget" McNaught (owner of NTG and trainer of Soren) who were slated to appear as head coaches on TCA-2 are also being listed as appearing on this new show.
No word on the fighters except that they've been "carefully selected through qualifying and ranking processes"
Yup...sounds like TCA2 is back with a new name...and a 3d premise. Interestingly enough I cannot find a website for the Contender Asia 2 anymore.
We do know that it is supposed to start 4 weeks after the Sport Accord Games in Beijing which take place during late August and early September.

Buakaw may be one of K-1's greatest champions, but you should also know he is one of the smallest guys in the tournament.
Despite this, Buakaw's training is incredibly intense, and he is living proof of his own mantra: "Whoever trains the hardest will win"
Take that into your own training and succeed in reaching your goals.

Sick of Saenchai? Watch Lertsila (video)
Saenchai is awesome. No doubt the best MT fighter out there at the moment. He's so good he almost always clowns around in his fights to put on a show.

But you might be sick of seeing him. He's everywhere. This blog. That blog. Your mother's Muay Thai blog. Everywhere.
Who else can provide the same kind of entertainment in the MT world?
Try Lertsila. I've profiled Lertsila (sometimes spelled Lerdsila) Chumpairtour before (here).

He's got the ability to slip any technique like he's a ghost, and the teep (pushkick) of a guy 10x his size. His balance and basics are so good he's often performing risky tricks during fights to put on a good show.
Sound like Saenchai?
Maybe a little...but Lertsila hasn't enjoyed the same kind of success. Despite having Raja titles, Lertsila has not had the winning streak Saenchai has enjoyed. He's fought many of the toughest and given them great battles, but has had trouble taking them out. As such, you don't really ever hear about him, and he's not really sought out to fight on international events.
Lertsila will be getting his chance though. Come August 14, Lerdsila "Mr Lightning" will take on Yusuke Sugawara in the United States! Hopefully this will boost his visibility and give him a chance to make his name across the World Muay Thai scene.

This will be a big card for the U.S. as well, with 3 WMC world titles on the line.

Lertsila Chumpairtour vs Jomthong Chuwattana (video)
Lertsila and Jomthong are two of my favourite Thai fighters. I've been following both of them for a while now and they fight with such a high level of skill.
Lertsila is a short fighter who has incredible skills in evasion and countering. Jomthong is a tall fighter for his weight who holds WBC and Rajadanmern Championship titles, and is very well regarded for his skills.
Lertsila has a fight in the US coming up.
