I've posted about this before, but it seems fitting to repost it now!
We've been starting a focus on elbow work lately, so for sheer entertainment value, here is the legendary elbow war!
Note that this isn't the ideal exchange to get into (these guys are really taking hard shots). The toughness of these fighters makes it seem like the elbows aren't doing anything, but the truth is that Sakmongkol and Jongsanan are just THAT gritty. For the most part, this is just super entertaining :)
