Since our beloved Coach Grant has left, we shifted the schedule around a bit and added different classes.
This schedule takes effect Wednesday August 5th!
The 5pm Muay Thai classes on Monday and Wednesday have moved to 6pm and we have added additional Kali Escrima times!
Sundays are now closed for the time being.
