Fantastic job by the young martial artists in our kids program who tested for their red shorts. #yorkmuaythai
uses a coloured shorts grading system for their kids. Red shorts is the
second level in this system. Students must show a basic level of
physical conditioning and technique, respect for the culture in our
school, as well as an overall dedication to excellence. Thank you to all
of our instructors and volunteers as well!
