and training wear, don't forget to bring water and an after training
snack to help keep you feeling great.
With that said, YMT just
got a slew of new equipment in (gloves, shin pads, heavy ropes)...so if
you're short on anything, get them while they are hot! These usually
sell out pretty fast.
