He's fought and defeated many great fighters. He's had over 70 something fights, and more than 60 wins. What a dude.
In addition to all that, he seems like a very calm and composed guy, who is looking to work with kids to show them that they can do anything they set their mind to. But it's not just kids that would benefit from that kind of inspiration.

Baxter is a very nice man. I have had the pleasure of meeting him a few times now and was there when he defeated his highly regarded Japanese opponent in Jamaica. So very humble. :)
